About G. Christopher Holder, Attorney at Law

G. Christopher Holder is the managing member of the firm and attorney practicing in the areas of construction law, divorce & child custody, contracts, criminal defense, personal injury, wills and estates, business litigation, real estate, liens and collections. An experienced litigator, Chris began practicing law in 2004 after graduating cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2003 where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal honors society. While attending law school, Chris worked at a prominent Oklahoma City civil litigation firm, as well as the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Middle Tennessee State University in 1998.

Originally from both Hartsville and Fayetteville, Tennessee, Chris has called Murfreesboro home for over twenty years. He enjoys playing golf and spending time with his two sons Rhys & Ras, wife Vitalina and stepson Nickolas.

Rachel Doherty, Paralegal

Rachel Doherty has been the paralegal working with Mr. Holder since 2018. Rachel began working full-time as a legal assistant in 2014 after graduating from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice administration and a minor in criminology. While attending MTSU, Rachel completed a paralegal internship with the Rutherford County District Attorney General’s Office. In addition to criminal law, Rachel has also worked extensively in divorce and family law as well as construction, business, wills and estates, collections, and more. Originally from Nashville, Rachel now calls Chapel Hill, Tennessee home where she enjoys raising chickens and spending time with her daughter.

Vitalina Holder, Administrative Assistant

Vitalina Holder is the newest member of our team. As the administrative assistant, Vitalina’s dedication to client communications and her detail-oriented organization helps keep the firm running smoothly and efficiently day to day.

Originally from Ukraine, Vitalina has called Middle Tennessee home since 1999. Vitalina enjoys spending time with her son, Nickolas, husband Chris and stepsons Rhys & Ras.
